I am a house burning,
My walls are red with flame.
Everything inside has fled for fear of the heat.
No matter how many buckets of water thrown
The flame will continue to burn,
The overwhelming tide of fire can not be undone.
I am just a burnt out shell of a building,
People come and look in sadness at what once was,
Walking away hoping they never catch alight.
What they don't know is their building is already alight.
